As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
