Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and energetic Event Assistant to join our team. This individual will provide support in all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup and teardown of event venues, ensuring all materials are in place.
• Manage attendee registration, provide event materials, and assist with guest services during events.
• Assist with event marketing, including social media promotions, email campaigns, and event materials.
• Coordinate event logistics, including timelines, schedules, and transportation arrangements.
• Monitor event budgets and assist with cost tracking.
• Handle client requests and act as the point of contact on the day of the event.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at event venues.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software a plus.
