Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier customer service through thorough and timely maintenance, service, and support.
- Perform inspections, service calls, and repairs on commercial and industrial boilers and ancillary systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize boiler room operations and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct start-ups and ensure systems are running safely and efficiently.
- Identify aging equipment and suggest upgrade options to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead/mentor junior technicians when needed.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain all necessary certifications.
- Travel up to 60% of the time, potentially 2 weeks per month.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience as a Boiler Technician or in a related role (e.g., HVAC Technician, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Stationary Engineer) with hands-on boiler experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently in the field.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage changing priorities and solve problems on the spot.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-facing professionalism.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
