Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagrams, schematics, and manuals
Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to meet daily goals
Log maintenance activities and keep detailed service records
Fabricate or modify parts as needed using machine shop tools
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support the upcoming transition to night shift operations
Qualifications
Experience in industrial equipment maintenance (experience in food manufacturing is a plus)
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible
