Title: Inventory Management support admin
Location: Tempe, AZ
Duration: 12 months (Temp to Perm)
Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2
Shift: 1st shift, 7 AM – 4:30 PM
What is a typical workday?
Assist with handling Product and working with customers. Receiving the goods, scheduling throughout the repair line.
Inventory of product that’s ready to be sold.
Must- Haves (Hard Skills)
- Knolwedge of MS Excel reporting and MS Word
- Data Entry
- A background with inventory management/handling inventory – must have strong organizational skills to handle the inventory
Performs general administrative support tasks in a manufacturing environment. Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations. Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports/tracking. Takes and delivers messages, provide information to callers, distribute and route mail, packages and paperwork.
Education:
- HS Diploma with 1 – 3 years' experience
