What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP ISU Project Manager position at ComTec Information Systems (IT)?
Job Title: SAP ISU Project Manager
Location: Newark, NJ (3 days every alternate week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP ISU Integration projects including scoping, requirements gathering, design, and implementation.
- Manage project from planning-to-implementation. Project Management includes: budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.
- Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts and project financials this includes PO generation
- Create and manage the project scope and plan – this includes all the associated paperwork e.g. requirements, press releases, justification / change request documents, preparing executive summaries, etc.
- Apply Agile delivery methodologies, standards and tools
- Provide accurate project estimates and tightly manages project budget, approved funding, forecasts and actuals
- Develop mitigation plans to manage project risks
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale IT Projects/Programs
- Experience managing SAP ISU projects.
- Experience in S4/HANA
- Experience in SAP C4C (or)
- Experience in SAP CRM (or)
- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors
- Must have good experience identifying and managing risks
- Expert understanding of the Program Management processes and methodologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
