Title: IT Change Management Coordinator
Location: Houston TX
Mode: Fulltime Position
We are looking for a IT Change Management Coordinator to create change requests in ServiceNow and coordinate with the IT Engineers to implement and test the changes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with a knack for communication and collaboration. The Change Management Coordinator is a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program.
Job Skills:
- Must have good understanding of IT Change Management processes
- Must have experience have creating IT Change Requests
- Must have ServiceNow experience
- Knowledge of infrastructure/network components
- Strong attention to detail and ability to support multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Managers and technical SMEs to create Change Requests (CR) in ServiceNow for IT Infrastructure and Network upgrades and deployments
- Coordinate with IT Engineers to implement the changes
- Track and manage ServiceNow Change Requests.
- Collect status from IT Engineers on the status of changes and prepare a consolidated status report.
- Create and share meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items.
- Perform additional duties and ad-hoc projects as required.
