Description:

This position is hybrid but if business conditions require it may become 100% on site

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, and minimize transportation costs.

• Monitor and analyze transportation utilization to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize capacity.

• Collaborate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

• Utilize logistics IT systems to track and analyze transportation data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and present regular reports on transportation performance, cost savings, and optimization initiatives.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation efficiency and overall supply chain performance.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
