Job Description:

Responsibilities:

· As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all facility operations are running smoothly.

· You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support in a food processing environment.

· Perform all work in accordance with environmental, health and safety standards, rules, regulations and practices of the facility.

· Excellent planning and leadership abilities.

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.

· Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

· Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

· Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.

· Manage maintenance budgets and control costs.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

· Train and mentor maintenance staff.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.

· Minimum of 5 years of industrial machine maintenance experience required.

· Food Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Experience Required.

· Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role is a must.

· Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using maintenance management software.

· Supervisorial experience as well as hand on experience with vacuum packaging and overwrap/flow wrap machines.

· Must be able to supervise as well as work alongside the techs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
