Requisition entry, tracking and management
Budget tracking, standardized report updates and management
Equipment and parts shipping arrangement and tracking
Travel arrangement and expense report creation
KPI tracking and reporting updates
Maintain office standards
- What is the business objective/business purpose of project? New axle line that will supply parts to region 4 NAMCs.
- Tell me more about your group/ line of business within Toyota. New Model and Capacity up Projects
- What does the make-up of your team look like? All Engineering level.
- What other teams does your group interact with? Planning department, other admin staff, other shops.
- Who else would this resource be interacting with on a day-to-day basis? Group manager, Sr. Managers, Managers of WTA groups.
- This person will come in at 8am and confirm office supplies, office cleaning, etc and follow up with the respective support groups if there is anything that needs to be put back in std, after that he/she will confirm his email for any urgent requests from the team, if there are no urgent requests he/she will focus on the std activities defined in the job description shared such as: Creating requisitions in Ariba, receiving POs, arranging shipment of parts, etc and then he/she will be leaving around 4pm in a normal day and around 5-6pm in a busy one.
- A person that had been in a similar role at least between 2-3 years. Role: Administrative support with an associates degree or equivalent preferably.
- 2-3 years minimum, ideally in a manufacturing environment, not obligatory but ideally.
- This role will be focused in supporting a group of 16 engineers, 3 managers and 1 Sr. Manager in all the activities described in the job description document shared, right now the ongoing project is the New Axle Line that is being build but there are other minor projects ongoing as well, this person will be supporting all these projects.
- Yes, it is more a procurement / sourcing type of role, but the expectation is that this person is detail oriented and proactive enough to support the team of engineers with other activities within the same line of work. Note: This person will not be taking on any engineering related work done for the project.

The candidate needs to be a GED/ High School Graduate.
