Job Summary:
Seeking a Project Architect to be responsible for overseeing architectural projects, managing project timelines, communicating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Description:
A full-service consulting engineering and surveying firm offering services in the Civil/Structural, Facilities, and Surveying industry.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Greenup, KY.
The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects, managing project timelines, communicating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
Experience in Architecture and Project Management
Knowledge of Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field
Professional Architectural license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

• Professional Architectural (Required)
