Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Newark, NJ - Hybrid (3 days a month Newark)
- ComTec is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions at an enterprise level. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with multiple client stakeholders.
- 7 years of experience in IT service management and ServiceNow architecture.
- Proven expertise in implementing ServiceNow at an enterprise level specifically relevant to the energy sector.
- Must have strong experience with ITSM, ITOM and ITBM ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with VRM, IRM, and/or SecOps is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflow design, and integration techniques.
- Expert understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, etc.
- Must have hands-on experience developing Runbooks and integration plans.
- Strong technical leadership skills
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
- Familiarity with ITIL and other service management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Good to have relevant ServiceNow Certification.
