Job Title: Engineer
Duration: 12 months with a possibility of extension
Location: Georgetown, KY
Some Certification, Tool and Die, Journeymen or other related to the job duties, some secondary vocational school)
Overtime: Yes, 20% during weekdays, weekends, shutdown, holidays and odd hours.
Travel: Yes
What percentage or how often: 60%
Where will they need to travel: Domestic and International
If International, to/from which countries: Canada and Mexico
Will it be for meetings/observation: Work on tools, going to various NAMC, will be doing level up and launching of tools.
How soon after the offer will they be required to travel: As per business need, if they are comfortable travelling right away, they are most welcome to travel.
IF travel would be scheduled more than 3 months dispatch would be available: Max 3 weeks

Which specific equipment or PPE will be required by resources to perform job duties? Example – Steel toed shoes, etc. Hard hat, steel toed shoes, cap, gloves, ear plugs, safety glasses, Prescription glasses
Out of them, which equipment or PPE would be provided by Toyota or bought by resource: Toyota: Hard hat, steel toed shoes, cap, gloves, ear plugs, safety glasses.

o The CW will be responsible for hand skill work like assembling, welding, modification on the tools (e.g. Change parts shape) using tools like hand grinder, sander etc.
o Responsible for productivity repairs on the dies.
o Most importantly, we are looking for someone with positive attitude (Keen to lean, think out of the box)
o Someone who is a team player and work together with the team.The CW will be responsible for hand skill work like assembling, welding, modification on the tools (e.g. Change parts shape) using tools like hand grinder, sander etc.
o Responsible for productivity repairs on the dies.
o Most importantly, we are looking for someone with positive attitude (Keen to lean, think out of the box)
o Someone who is a team player and work together with the team.

Responsibilities:
o Support model launch at manufacturing plants through engineering activities for process setup, die trials, and documentation.
o Process confirmation (T1 activities, process sheet and die design reviews)
o Trial readiness confirmation with Die Manufacturing and plant pilot team.
o Die tryout lead onsite and countermeasure direction setting
o Safety, quality and productivity confirmation of die and part
o Documentation of activities and handover to manufacturing plant
o Strong small tool hand skills and minimum 2 years Tool and Die experience.
o Good communication skills, written and verbal, to work with internal and external customers for countermeasure setting.
o Ability to travel to support team at other locations (domestic and international)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $37.19 per hour
