Product Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and motivated Entry-Level Product Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in product management, with exposure to a wide range of services and solutions. As a Product Coordinator, you will support the product management team in the research, development, documentation, and delivery of our products and services. You will help ensure that we meet the needs of our clients along with understanding market trends and emerging technologies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of product strategies for our voice, call center, internet, and consulting services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure timely product launches and updates.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including positioning, feature specifications, product requirements, and user guides.
• Monitor and track product performance, including customer feedback, and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
• Help prepare and manage product-related reports and analytics to provide insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support Comtec teams with customer inquiries related to product functionality and features.
• Assist in coordinating product training materials for internal teams and external customers.
• Help manage the product lifecycle, ensuring products meet deadlines and meet customer expectations.
• Participate in the development of marketing materials and support product launches.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings’ to provide relevant feedback to the product management team.
• Execute other role duties as assigned

30 Day Targets:

1. Learn ComTec’s Mission and Core Values and be able to articulate them internally.
2. Gain understanding of ComTec Cloud’s Products and Services so you can articulate the value proposition.
3. Understand ComTec’s Customer Experience vision so you can articulate the value proposition.
4. Begin reviewing our current products and documentation of each.

60 Day Targets:

1. Learn ComTec’s Mission and Core Values and be able to articulate them to friends and family.
2. Start to work on updating and/or modifying product documentation.
3. Gain a working understanding of the Comtec voice platforms, their options, their value, and how they can be used to solve business problems.

90 Day Targets:

1. Consistently coordinate complete projects/tasks assigned with minimal supervision.
2. Start to provide consistent communication with stakeholders.
3. Demonstrate a working understanding of the ComTec services, their options, their value and how they can be used to solve business problems.

120 Day Targets:

1. Be able to effectively manage projects/tasks assigned independently.
2. Provide insight into competitive vendors providing similar services and products to Comtec Cloud’s services.
3. Demonstrate an understanding of the metrics aligned with your role and why they are important.

Education/Experience

• While we value a college or vocational degree or certification, we do not have a specific educational requirement.
• Experience with any project management skills a plus
• Experience in any real-world business environment will be beneficial to the candidate.
• Knowledge of voice, network, and contact center services and products a plus.

Your Career Path

As a Product Coordinator, you have multiple paths you can take at ComTec. You can move up through the tiers of the Product team. Lateral moves to other ComTec divisions exist including Project Management, Solution Engineering, etc.
