Candidate Requirements
- Experience:
- 5 years in large-scale IT project management
- 3 years with ServiceNow and Helpdesk Management (500 users)
- 2 years in release management, testing coordination, and RTC software
- Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
- ITIL Certification (for IT service management)
