Job Description
Job Title : Informatica Cloud Consultant
Job location : Santa Clara, CA
Duration : Long Term
Job Responsibilities :
- Remap Informatica on cloud connectors from SQL server to AWS Aurora DB.
- Work with users and business SMEs to define technical specifications to develop migration requirements and technical documentation.
- Promote and apply Informatica development best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners on the development of test cases and scripts.
- Develop / Modify Mappings in Informatica Cloud.
- Provide post-deployment support and defect resolutions.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Informatica ON CLOUD experience integrating Cloud sources such as SFDC, with strong SQL development skills using MySQL.
- Experience on AWS Aurora DB would be an advantage.
- 5 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
- 2 years of experience with Informatica Cloud.
- 5 years of experience developing data integration (ETL) processes in a Data Warehouse environment using Informatica PowerCenter.
- 2 years of experience building jobs and mappings in Informatica Cloud for Cloud Application Data Replication / Extractions or Data Integration.
- 5 years of experience with SQL development, Stored Procedures, Functions and Data Modeling.
- 5 years of experience in Unit Testing and Data Testing.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence concepts.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in AWS, Aurora MySQL, Cloud formation, and DevOps setup (Preferred).
- Experience with BI Tools – Microstrategy (Preferred).
