Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary sales point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, addressing challenges proactively and driving value through Comtech solutions.
- Identify a customer growth path and revenue generating opportunities within existing accounts, promoting the adoption of advanced services, including NG911 solutions, location services, and call handling technologies.
- Collaborate with customers to align their goals with Comtech's product capabilities, creating tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Stay informed about developments in NG911, public safety communication technologies, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Partner with internal teams (operations, product development, engineering, and support) to ensure customer needs are met and advocate for continuous improvement based on customer feedback.
- Monitor account performance, including revenue growth, satisfaction levels, and retention rates, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
- Ensure timely renewals and compliance with existing agreements, while identifying opportunities to optimize contractual arrangements.
