Construction Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the job site. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, roofing, and drywall installation.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and transport them to designated areas on the job site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed under supervision.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced tradespeople.
• Familiarity with safety practices in a construction environment is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.93 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
