Project Duration
This position is full-time temporary work that falls within the In-Water Work Window (IWWW)
July 1st-November 30th, 2025
July 1st-November 30th, 2026
Approximately 50 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily quality assurance inspections of construction activities
- Monitor contractor's quality control and safety programs
- Prepare and submit detailed digital inspection reports through USACE systems, including photo documentation and proper formatting protocols
- Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and permits
- Verify construction accuracy against plans and specifications
- Participate in quality control meetings and safety oversight
- Perform daily work onboard a construction barge
- Office onboard the barge will be provided for efficient work performance
- Willingness to work in adverse conditions for extended periods, which may include inclement weather.
Qualifications:
- 2 years construction experience (heavy civil projects preferred) OR relevant college degree
- NACI Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of USACE and OSHA safety requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
- Experience with USACE projects and procedures
- Background in pile dike construction and marine projects
- Familiarity with quality control processes and reporting
