The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to handle multiple tasks and support the communication needs of our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information to clients
Draft and send professional correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other communications-related activities
Assist in the development of communication strategies and marketing materials
Track and report on communication metrics and outcomes
Support various departments in executing communication-related tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Communications Agent, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
