Job Summary:
The Communications Associate will assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing communication initiatives to maintain a cohesive brand voice and effectively reach internal and external audiences. This role involves managing correspondence, creating content, and supporting public relations efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit content for newsletters, reports, and other communications materials.
- Assist in preparing press releases, executive speeches, and official statements.
- Support the development of communication plans and strategies.
- Coordinate logistics for events such as press conferences, stakeholder meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain and update internal and external communication documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure clear and efficient communication.
- Track and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with crafting professional content for various audiences.
