Job Summary:
The Entry Level Marketing Assistant will assist in executing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting the marketing team's day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in traditional marketing and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
- Conduct market research and gather data to inform marketing strategies.
- Track and maintain inventory of promotional items and marketing supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data from marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing meetings, including scheduling and preparing agendas.
- Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
