Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team immediately. You will be responsible for managing front office operations, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and procedures.
- Schedule and manage appointments for staff and clients.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collect and distribute mail and packages in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office representative or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
