We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in executing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive business growth. In this role, you will assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, organizing promotional activities, and helping to analyze the performance of our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
Support the development of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities
Assist in managing marketing projects and timelines
Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance and customer feedback
Maintain and update customer databases and email marketing lists
Coordinate logistics for marketing events and promotions
Assist with content creation for email newsletters, blog posts, and other marketing communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
