Core Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate with application stakeholders in Electric Operations and across the enterprise for Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS).
- Assist with the implementation of new dashboards and other project management tools to provide real-time insights into project metrics, standardize monthly reporting processes and continuously assess value add enhancements for cost avoidance/savings.
- Analyze project performance data, cost analysis, and budgeting for various projects and programs within the CRMS Portfolio to report on trends, efficiencies, potential areas for improvement, and risk impacts.
- Prepare and present to diverse audience and senior management on regular reports and metrics as required.
- Support CRMS applications and CRMS support requests as required.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience or
- Associate's Degree in Data Analytics, Project Management, Business Administration and 5 years of relevant work experience
Relevant Work Experience
- Experience working in a team, tracking tasks and reporting progress Required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, written, presentation and technical skills Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access Database Required
- Experience with data collection, processing, and analysis Required
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard reporting tools such as Power BI Required
- Experience with finances, including budgeting and forecasting Preferred
- Experience in project management, risk management, scheduling, finance and cost analysis Preferred
Skills & Ability
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
Licenses & Certifications
- Driver's License Required
Physical Demands
- Able to work in all weather conditions, i.e. excessive heat and/or cold
Other Physical Demands
- Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
- Perform night, overtime, and weekend duties as required.
