Analyst, Risk Management

Job Summary

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will perform duties associated with Conagra's Operational Resilience program including business continuity management and process mapping, third-party risk management, and risk assessment integration. Utilize risk management systems, tools, practices, and policies to analyze, report, and manage risks and ensure continuity of operations. Minimum 3 years related experience.

Position Responsibilities

• Gather, compile, and document aspects of the Business Continuity Management which contain the capabilities of the business to continue delivery of products and services following a change.
• Gather, compile, document, and provide oversight of third-party risk management which contain the ability to understand the risk a third-party pose to the organization and our mitigation plan.
• Assist in documenting the end-to-end process flow of critical business processes and evaluate the business impact assessments that includes the examination, identification, and evaluation of critical business services, dependencies, and workarounds.
• Create, analyze, and interpret reports and visualization to provide recommendations in relation to existing capabilities, impacts, and outstanding opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and analysis of operational resilience metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Report against metrics and KPIs to assess program health and drive continuous program improvement.
• Administer access to the Business Continuity Management System, train users, and assist in system maintenance and implementation tasks.
• Support the creation and facilitation of training within the business continuity management, third-party risk management, and risk assessment integration programs.
• Help facilitate Business Continuity table-top exercises and after actions reviews and preparing written evaluations.
• Monitor compliance of the Business Continuity Management Program, inform partners of upcoming due dates, and provide status reports.
• Collaborate and consult with functions/departments including participation at internal and external meetings to gain understanding of business objectives.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Risk Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology or Business Management.
• 3 years of related experience
• 1 year of experience in process documentation, risk assessment, or training.
• Experience in design, development, and improvement of strategy & business continuity planning.
• Knowledge of industry business continuity standards, information security practices, and experience in implementing multiple risk mitigation approaches.
