Job Summary
As a Brand Director, reporting to a Vice President & General Manager, you will own and drive the strategic and operating plans to grow the assigned portfolio. You will lead the growth strategy and own the portfolio P&L. You will establish strategic marketing plans and programs, and manage the marketing budget, to support sales and revenue objectives of the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating the innovation pipeline—from demand analysis to product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy in partnership with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts. You will also be responsible for talent optimization for your brand team, developing a highly functioning team.
Your Impact:
Develop growth strategies and garner organizational alignment and support for those strategies for assigned brands
Write and deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for your portfolio enabling achievement of penetration, share, sales and profit objectives.
Establish and provide clear direction to team to deliver the Annual Operating Plan and other corporate objectives
Leverage expertise of wide range of cross-functional (Demand Science, Sales, Operations, R&D, etc.) partners and leadership to optimize results.
Identify and action against opportunities for improved product performance, in market execution, or new innovation.
Drive prioritization on resources (people, budget, capital)
Lead integration of marketing initiatives to support portfolio growth & priorities
Identify and lead process improvements at the brand and/or portfolio level
Own talent management and development for your brand team and mentor colleague(s)
Lead recruiting and talent development for brand management
Your Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 10 years of work experience in brand marketing or related field. Background in Consumer Goods (CPG) preferred
MBA preferred
P&L Management Experience
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience identifying, building and delivering growth initiatives in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Experience delivering on initiatives and contributing significant gains in the capture of market share, revenue and volume growth, and operational efficiencies.
Demonstrated success anticipating future business opportunities or problems and developing strategies that address them proactively.
Experience working in matrix environments or Center of Excellence business models and building productive, cross-functional teams that drive to specific medium- and long-range goals.

Compensation:
Annual Base Salary: $151,000.00 - $233,000.00The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
