As the Director of Employee Lifecycle Delivery, you will collaborate with both the VP & Sr Director of Employee Experience to execute the vision & strategy for delivering a superior employee experience for both salaried and hourly workers through the portfolio of HR digital products. You will lead a small team that uses human-centered design to drive an integrated digital experience, working closely with HR Digital Products Team and collaborating regularly with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, IT, and functional leads. In partnership with the Director of HR Digital Products and Capabilities, you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of multiple solutions along with the prioritization of initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Leverage human-centered design and various listening approaches to identify opportunities and develop digital solutions to improve the employee experience across multiple HR-related disciplines.
Oversee the development of a holistic roadmap along with initiative-specific project plans/schedules ensuring timely delivery and regular updates to key stakeholders.

Lead a formal governance process to optimize investments in HR digital products.
Facilitate feedback and communication across stakeholders.
Apply agile concepts and continuous delivery models.
Use critical thinking, metrics, and analytics to navigate ambiguity and provide clear execution plans.
Ensure outcomes align with the overall vision, roadmap, and business objectives.
Assist in defining and managing mitigation strategies for risks, issues, and critical incidents.
Stay current on HR digital product trends to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain relationships with key vendors/suppliers to maximize HR tech investments.
Travel up to 20%, typically between corporate office locations.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or 8 years of experience in digital delivery.
Experience delivering digital products.
Experience leading technical teams.
Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking skills.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to lead change in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
Ability to drive cross-functional execution.
Can relate technical concepts to leadership and business concepts to technical resources.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$130,000-$193,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
