Financial Analyst, Treasury

Reporting to the Director, finance you will assist the Capital Markets team in managing the capital structure, liquidity, foreign exchange risk, banking and rating agency relationships, and defined benefit and defined contribution plans of Conagra.

You Will:

• Analyze strategies tied to Conagra's access to financial liquidity and capital markets and perform financial analysis needed to execute capital markets transactions
• Perform financial analysis on capital structure, cost of capital, capital deployment, and financial covenant structure and compliance
• Manage Conagra's commercial paper program including executing trades, partnering with commercial paper dealers, providing liquidity to Conagra, and reporting activity
• Help manage Conagra's corporate banking and rating agency relationships and prepare any material required to support these relationships
• Analyze share repurchases and provide financial analysis of the impact of share repurchases and share-based compensation
• Provide international funding support that includes knowledge of foreign currencies and FX hedging strategies
• Support and provide financial analysis of the impact of potential acquisitions or divestitures, debt transactions, and equity issuance to Conagra's financial position and financial statements
• Partner cross-functionally to provide analysis and advice in areas such as lease vs. buy analysis, supply chain finance, free cash flow forecasting, and corporate strategy
• Ensure payment to debt investors and other financial counterparties
• Maintain a tight control environment
• Assess liability management opportunities related to Conagra's capital structure and maintain a liability management model to evaluate potential opportunities
• Assist the Employee Benefits Investment Committee (EBIC) in the management of Conagra's defined benefit and defined contribution plans

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 2 years of professional experience
• Financial modeling skills with the ability to express complex ideas and analysis
• At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.

Compensation:

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
