Key Responsibilities:
The Equipment Reliability Manager will lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Main Accountabilities:
- Designing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Providing training and coaching to maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of maintenance programs and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

- Experience with Predictive Maintenance programs and electronic principles.
