Job Description
The Production Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. They will join a team of over 150 associates and report to the Production Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate all different machines and equipment, supplying components to ensure a continuous production flow.
- Perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.
- Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
- Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand.
