About the Supply Chain Development Program:
The Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) is an accelerated training program for college graduates who want to excel in today's fast-paced Supply Chain environment. You'll enhance your Supply Chain skill set by working with experienced leaders in a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization at both the corporate and plant level.
This 36-month program includes rotations through three Supply Chain functions: Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality. Each rotation offers hands-on experience and individual development opportunities. Some potential responsibilities include:
- Manufacturing: Owns reliability improvement, develops technical understanding, verifies equipment efficiency data, owns results and loss reduction, manages production staff
- Engineering: Develops Front-End-Loading packages, communicates with stakeholders, participates in experiments, and works on subject matter expertise
- Quality: Owns workstreams related to quality and food safety, completes certifications, identifies problems, and owns compliance activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Food Science, or Agriculture by June 2025
- Desire to be a leader and grow within the Supply Chain function
- Ability to relocate during the program
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
