Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee warehouse activities on the 2nd shift. This individual will manage incoming/outgoing shipments, ensure a smooth flow of raw materials to production lines, and verify records.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce food manufacturing GMP's and regulations
- Verify accuracy of receiving, production, and purchasing records
- Provide guidance to team members on transaction information for inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain attendance and timesheet records
- Provide feedback to employees on process and performance
- Assist in maintaining material flow to production facilities
- Maintain inventory of warehouse supplies and create requisitions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; four-year college degree or 3 years management experience considered in lieu of degree
- Previous experience in food-processing, manufacturing, or warehouse environment; SAP experience preferred
Physical Requirements
This role requires frequent standing and walking, with occasional sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to a noisy environment with varying temperatures.
