Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Ecommerce Summer Intern to support our dynamic team for the summer! This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Ecommerce team and hands on experience in email, creative and omnichannel marketing across our brands. You’ll have the chance to work on meaningful projects, learn from industry professionals, and gain valuable exposure to cutting-edge tools and strategies in the digital space. Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaigns: Conduct research on best-in-class ecommerce practices and digital omnichannel campaigns.
- Campaign Auditing: auditing our email campaigns to propose high impact email journey flows to drive incremental revenue.
- Market Research: Provide detailed ecommerce competitive analysis on Kitchen and Home/Beauty categories.
- Performance Marketing: Monitor digital trends in Kitchen and Home/Beauty categories for optimization in creative, messaging, and advertising.
- Creative Analysis: Evaluate website and creative content to assess user experience / brand marketing.
- Brainstorming: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for digital campaigns and strategies.
What we’re looking for:
- A digital-savvy student with a strong passion for Ecommerce and digital marketing.
- A detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to impactful digital campaigns and organizational success.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media research, or product advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
To Qualify/Apply:
- You must be a current college student entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2025.
- You must be in excellent academic standing.
- You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- You are proficient with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Conair does not provide housing for summer interns.
- At this time, we are unable to sponsor visas or OPT.
- Compensation is set at $25 per hour.
- This internship is Monday- Friday located in our Stamford, CT office beginning June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 3x/week.
Environmental Factors:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
