Intern Position Summary:
The Conair Summer Internship Program is designed to provide exceptional students interested in a career in Retail and CPG with a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the diverse business operations at Conair. Those selected will gain invaluable work experience through challenging project assignments and on the job learning experiences.
Target, Account Management Intern Position Summary:
The Target Account Management Summer Intern will support the team in managing and optimizing key business initiatives for our Target account. This role includes assisting with sales analysis, tracking promotional activities, and coordinating cross-functional projects to drive growth and efficiency. The intern will gain valuable experience in account management, retail operations, and strategic planning while contributing to the success of our Target partnership.

The intern will gain valuable experience in account management, retail operations, and strategic planning while contributing to the success of our Target partnership.
Responsibilities…
- Assist in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the Target account.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, supply chain, and finance, to support key account initiatives.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure on-time product availability and replenishment.
- Conduct competitive research to analyze market trends, pricing, and promotional strategies within the retail space.
- Assist the account management team with administrative tasks, including updating account documents, tracking projects, and maintaining communication records.
- You must be a current college student entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2025.
- You must be in excellent academic standing.
- You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- You are proficient with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Conair does not provide housing for summer interns
- At this time, we are unable to sponsor visas or OPT
- Compensation is set at $25 per hour
- This internship is Monday- Friday located in our Minneapolis, MN office beginning June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 3x/week.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
Salary : $25
