The Manager, Amazon Advertising - Culinary will play a key role in executing and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns across multiple advertising products, such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP. The primary responsibility will be leading our Culinary businesses of Cuisinart and Waring. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem and a passion for driving performance through data-driven strategies. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and our external agency partner to align advertising initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement Amazon advertising campaigns to drive visibility, traffic, and sales on the platform.
Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including setup, optimization, and monitoring of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with product launches, promotions, and business goals.
Performance Optimization:
Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to improve performance metrics like ACOS, ROAS, and CTR.
Leverage Amazon’s advertising tools and insights to maximize ad effectiveness and drive sales.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and cost-saving strategies.
Budget and Pacing Management:
Manage ad spend and ensure that campaigns are executed within budget while achieving optimal performance.
Track and report on campaign results, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximizing ROI.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS) to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Report on campaign results and performance trends to leadership and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Provide insights and recommendations for future advertising strategies based on performance data.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.
Collaborate with external agencies or vendors, if needed, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay Current with Amazon Advertising Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Amazon advertising.
Implement new strategies or ad types to enhance campaign performance and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Amazon Advertising.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising tools (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, Amazon Marketing Services).
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and performance tracking.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
