Position Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports Walmart & Sam’s Club sales managers with all item set-up and maintenance for Omni channels: brick-n-mortar and ecommerce. The role is integral to ensure accurate item cost, retails and pertinent details are maintained throughout the item’s life and keep internal and external teams abreast of major changes. Takes a proactive approach to streamline processes and communication to support NASMs and inventory/supply/marketing teams on item integrity and ensure relevant samples are available for key meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Timely new item Set-up and on-going item maintenance. Complete and submit buyer’s forms for promo’s, events and meetings per deadlines- Supplier One (formerly Item360 at Walmart) and IDM (for Sam’s Club) by accessing pertinent data via Conair’s portals: SAP, Salsify, etc.
- Support NASMs to ensure 3rd Party ecommerce partner, BlueBird has all collateral to support PDP (online item product pages) prior to launch and stay up to date through product life.
- Assist with all required UL, WERC’s and product testing submissions for all active sku’s- includes new launches, random in-store testing and annual re-tests. Responsible to keep Marketing, Engineering and NASMs informed of progression.
- Sample management- ensure all relevant samples are order for line reviews, key meetings/events.

Environmental Factors:
- Working conditions are normal for a hybrid office work environment- must be willing to work (4) days in office.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to travel domestically for business to deliver & pick-up required samples to Walmart & Sam’s Club layout centers, stores, merchants and to shipping facility-UPS. An approximate 5-10 mile radius, up to 25% of time during a given week.
