Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Manager to support an affordable community in National City, CA. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits
Pay Range : $20 - $21 / Hour
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing
- Minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience
- Lease-up experience preferred
- Ability to execute professional-level customer service and multitask effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for helping others
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in Yardi and / or MRI is ideal
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
