What We’re Looking For :
The Regional Project Coordinator is responsible for effectively communicating trends, strengths and areas needing improvement through analyzing and collecting data in the region. This position works closely and collaboratively with key clients and various stakeholders to create and support growth by providing support and on-time deliverables in the region. This role will utilize operational data and key performance indicators to conduct analysis and provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. The Regional Project Coordinator will provide support to the Regional Vice President and Senior Regional Portfolio Managers within the assigned region.
This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range : $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management
- Partner with the Regional Vice President (RVP) and Senior Regional Property Managers (SRPMs) to align on regional initiatives, strategic goals, and high-priority projects.
- Practice effective time management by prioritizing assignments and responsibilities to meet deadlines and manage the portfolio efficiently to meet goals and objectives.
- Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders supporting operational projects as needed.
Property Inspections
Conduct regular on-site property visits to evaluate physical conditions, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.Compile detailed inspection reports with actionable recommendations for improvements.Proactively communicate with Regional Vice President and Senior Regional Portfolio Manager when there are property conditions that are unsatisfactory of CONAM standards.Assist with assessing maintenance practices, curb appeal, and overall operational effectiveness, providing feedback to Regional Vice President.Communication
Communicate effectively with the Regional Vice Presidents, RPM's / Area Managers, Community Managers and CONAM associates in a professional manner.Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, and Maintenance, to support property operations and regional initiatives.Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and coordination between residents, property teams and corporate offices.Track action items and deliverables discussed during ownership calls, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.Leasing Support
Monitor lease-up progress for new developments or repositioned properties, ensuring targets are met on time and within budget.Provide detailed lease-up reports to the RVP and ownership, highlighting occupancy milestones, revenue growth, and marketing effectiveness.Analytic Support
Review and analyze financial, operational, and performance data for properties, including rent collections, occupancy levels, and expense tracking.Generate financial reports, market analyses, and other key deliverables for regional and executive leadership.Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational efficiency or revenue growth.Utilize property management software (Yardi, Boston Post, RealPage) and data visualization tools to create performance dashboards and reports.Present insights and recommendations to the RVP and SRPMs for informed decision-making.Prepare detailed reports summarizing property performance metrics, inspection results, and operational challenges.Administrative
Assist the Regional Vice President and Senior Regional Portfolio Manager with the marketing and leasing process for each community to achieve the goals and objectivesAssist in preparing meeting agendas, performance summaries, and supporting materials.Local travel is a core function for this position, driver's license and valid auto insurance is required.All other duties as assigned.
Who You Are : (Requirements of the Position)
2-4 Years of Property Management (Multi-Family) Experience required.Knowledge of property management software platforms (Yardi, RealPage, Gracehill, Boston Post...etc.) preferred.Advance knowledge of Microsoft suite, including OneNote and Teams.Basic understanding of property management accounting preferred.
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Must be highly self-motivated and customer centric.Ability to work with ambiguity.Provide a positive customer experience internally and externally.Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision- making.Why You'll Love Working Here :

Pay bands are established based on geographic location, internal equity, market conditions, and candidate qualifications. We provide competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
