We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sr. Regional IT Services Technician to oversee and elevate the technical support provided by our growing automotive company’s TechTeam. In this role, you’ll combine leadership, technical expertise, and customer service skills to guide your team, resolve complex issues, and ensure seamless IT operations.
What You’ll Do :
Supervise and develop the IT services team, ensuring top performance and professional growth.
Manage advanced support for systems, lead projects, and recommend system upgrades.
Provide expert troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, including security alerts.
Oversee projects from start to finish, fostering a “Best Idea Wins” culture.
Ensure escalated service desk tickets are resolved quickly and accurately, maintaining customer satisfaction.
Lead process improvements, oversee inventory and asset management, and ensure up-to-date documentation.
What You’ll Need :
Proven leadership abilities, strong organizational and communication skills, and expertise in technical troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Meraki, Sophos, Freshservice, BeyondTrust, and GotoConnect. Automotive DMS experience is a plus.
A commitment to exceeding customer expectations and fostering positive relationships with coworkers and vendors.
Ability to thrive in a national matrixed organization and respond promptly to after-hours or emergency support needs.
