Conard House is seeking an Associate Clinical Director to oversee and enhance the quality of clinical services in our Supportive Housing Program. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise Program Directors and Case Managers in delivering high-quality mental health services.
- Provide clinical oversight by approving assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring Medi-Cal compliance.
- Develop and expand programs such as the Health Navigation program and the Jackson Street Residential Community program to support client growth.
- Ensure compliance with Medi-Cal outpatient services, HIPAA standards, and grant requirements.
- Build partnerships with community organizations, property management, and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT), or Psychologist with at least two years of licensure.
- Experience in community mental health, social rehabilitation, and/or supportive housing.
- Strong clinical supervisor with the ability to provide licensing hours for staff, interns, and trainees.
- Familiarity with Medi-Cal and EHR systems preferred.
