Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Assistant:
- Receive hands-on and classroom-style training from top Sales Assistants and company leadership in order to fully understand entry-level responsibilities
- Become an expert in client product knowledge to be able to educate customers and overcome any objections
- Work directly with customers on a daily basis and maintain professionalism with each interaction
- Master the full sales cycle and ensure that all customer sales are properly completed
- Upsell products and services that may be beneficial for each individual customer
- Maintain contact with customers after sales are made to ensure superior customer experience
- Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions so that our clients may maintain an accurate update of their customers
- Work closely with other Entry Level Sales Assistants and assist when others may need assistance
- Attend daily team meetings to discuss individual and company goals
- Has a high school diploma or GED equivalent
