- Lead the design and development of new products, from concept through to final production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including industrial designers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure product feasibility and performance.
- Create detailed design specifications, including materials, processes, and manufacturing techniques.
- Utilize CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Rhino) to create 3D models, prototypes, and technical drawings.
- Conduct product testing, analysis, and validation to ensure designs meet quality standards, safety regulations, and performance benchmarks.
- Optimize product designs for cost, manufacturability, and environmental sustainability.
- Lead design reviews and provide mentorship to junior design engineers.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design.
Salary ranges for this position is determined based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. The salary range for this role is $85,000 -$121,000.
