We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team! This position will orchestrate the safe and efficient execution of customer's performance flooring installations to an exceptional level of quality. We focus primarily in food & beverage manufacturing; pharmaceutical manufacturing plus some specialty industries including aviation. Jobsites are typically in Central / Northern Illinois. Wisconsin and Indiana. Some overnight travel may be needed. Growth potential to become Project Manager or Operations Manager with experience and necessary qualifications!
Responsibilities :
- Primary responsibility for planning and execution of projects
- Accountable for pre-job inspection on all projects deemed necessary by installation schedule; including observing job site conditions, finalizing color and texture selections, completing inspection evaluation
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures to improve productivity in the field
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between operations and field including technical aspects of projects
