- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align QA goals with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 5 years in QA management or program management.
- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD integration and Agile/DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
