Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director Assistant to join our team at Concentra Career Choice.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to assist in leading and managing center support staff, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating center activities.
- Assist in planning and preparing work schedules and assign colleagues to specific duties
- Ensure the financial performance of the center
- Develop and maintain new policies, procedures, and training programs for the assigned center
- Hire, train, and evaluate Center operations colleagues in consultation with Human Resources
- Assist with the implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures for Center personnel
- Prepare annual budgets and ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Facilitate productivity and customer service by putting all customers first and displaying exceptional leadership skills
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some college courses in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent directly related work experience
- Customarily have at least one year of direct management experience and six months of healthcare experience
You will also need to possess strong service mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information. Additionally, you should have a warm, positive, energetic, and professional demeanor, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
