Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provides direct patient care and leads by example to create an exceptional patient experience.
- Healthcare Management: Leads healthcare management, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
- Team Development: Cultivates a professional and collaborative working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Works with leaders to identify and implement changes for continuous medical clinic improvement.
Maintains relationships with center clients and payers. Promotes Concentra values and fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Active License: Active and unrestricted medical license.
- DEA License: Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Medicare Eligibility: Eligibility to participate in Medicare.
- Board Certification: Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred.
- FMC certification: FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
