Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to drive excellence in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Oversee recruiting efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Develop and oversee performance management programs.
- Implement training and professional development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and employee growth.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure pay structures align with market trends and company goals.
- Oversee benefits administration and compliance with legal requirements.
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution processes.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Culture & Engagement
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and act on feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership teams.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
