Job Summary :
The Critical Power Level 4 Technician is an expert in the critical power industry and has extensive experience with telecommunications, utility and / or UPS power systems. This is a leadership position that will supervise and train less experienced technicians. A level 4 technician should be able to design custom power solutions and provide turnkey installations. Due to the energized electrical equipment (hot) work requirement of this position, safety must be of the highest importance. A major aspect of this position is to ensure the highest standards of quality and service. This position reports to the Regional Service Manager and does not have any direct reports.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Interact with people from all organizational levels, both inside and outside the company.
- Provide the highest quality of service possible to assure customer satisfaction.
- Timely reporting of all activities including service reports, expense reports, and maintenance reports to the customer.
- Being directly responsible for company assets, including a service vehicle, parts inventory, tools and test equipment.
- Functions with little direct supervision.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
