Position Requirements:
- Preferred 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience or 2 years of sales experience.
- Able to quickly adapt to challenges and changes in environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Excellent people skills
- An eagerness to learn our Placement and Staffing system
- Ability to thrive in a competitive team environment.
- Able to use background to develop and grow an existing client base by marketing our placement services for a variety of roles.
As a member of our team, the Recruiter will receive a competitive base salary, plus commission or bonus paid from net profit, medical, dental, 401k and paid-time off, as well as 2 weeks’ worth of holidays off.
